the united states postal service faces crises in both operations and public perception. in an attempt to rebrand itself as a reliable, fast, and capable public service; the usps commissions the redesign of several post offices and regional distribution centers located in urban areas to maximize curb appeal.

 

this is risky business.

 

can public faith be restored by imagery? what is that image? how is it seen, shared, or even reappropriated?
